Getting Started

The Initial Appointment is $100 to discuss symptoms with the Nurse Practitioner, medications, treatment plan options, as well as lab work to be done during this appointment.

Patient's can also discuss other concerns as well during the appointment time.

TRT Monthly Membership, 

This plan is $200/monthly,

which includes all office visits with nurse practitioners,

sick or wellness appointments,

lab work done every 3 months,

the cost of the Testosterone vial and supplies for home injections.

Bioidentical Hormone Pellet Therapy,

this procedure is also included with the membership, the pellet route is a procedure where bioidentical hormone pellets are placed under the skin. These pellets consistently release small, physiologic doses of bioidentical hormones just like those found normally in your body providing optimal therapy.

The Initial appointment is $100 with the Nurse Practitioner to discuss symptoms,medications, treatment plan options and discussion of any diagnostic tests needed such as labs.


*Labs cost can be billed to health insurance if qualified, or our patients can pay $160 for full hormone panel through clinic pricing.*

HRT Monthly Membership, $50/monthly for all female hormone treatment, this will fall under our "wellness membership" which will include unlimited visits with the Nurse Practitioner, prescriptions for medications, the order for lab work to be done every 6 months, and sick or wellness appointments are also covered.

Bioidentical Hormone Pellet Therapy,

$250 In office procedure where bioidentical hormone pellets are placed under the skin. These pellets consistently release small, physiologic doses of bioidentical hormones just like those found normally in your body providing optimal therapy.
