Hi, I’m Jen! I am a licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience helping clients feel their best. My goal is to support you on your journey to better health through personalized, thoughtful care. I hold a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, am a proud U.S. Marine veteran, and teach spin classes in my free time. I’m also a wife, boy mom, and dog mom to two goldendoodles.
While I wear many hats, massage therapy is truly my happy place and I cannot wait to work with you!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete intake forms and consent paperwork.
This allows your session to begin on time and ensures we can provide fully customized care.
Late Arrivals
Out of respect for other scheduled appointments, late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their session.
The appointment will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
